Extra Credit Assignment 1

Our group has done a lot of talking about all the ideas in this paragraph. Most of these ideas are not set in stone but some form if it will be used in our final project. In our group some people want to do just video, while others what to do half video and half stage. We all compromised and we decided to do around 75% video and 25% stage. We choose to have more video because we feel more comfortable around the camera then a live audience. For the live performance we are thinking of doing the break in scene since the door is our main focus on stage. Some of our ideas we are thininking about is what if Watergate never happened or what if America never found out about the scandal. These ideas would lead into what if Nixon served his full term in office until 1976 or there would be so many rumors going around about Nixon but not enough to have the thought of impeaching him. We are excited to complete this project and look back on all of our hard work and seeing our final projects and how we incorporated our ideas into one big production. We are also excited about going back to Washington DC and look up more information on Nixon and the Watergate Scandal. Our first anxiety is having a lot of drama in our group that no one will want to work with each other or have the idea to take assignments upon themselves and not follow the directions correctly which would not be good for the rest of the group. Another anxiety is not having enough meetings which we would not be able to finish the assignments.
